The invention belongs to the technical field of modified asphalt, and particularly relates to special high-performance modified asphalt for an ultrathin wearing layer and a preparation method thereof.According to a scheme in the invention, the modified asphalt comprises the following component materials in parts by mass: 30 to 45 parts of asphalt, 15 to 20 parts of rubber, 1 to 10 parts of a modifier, 1 to 5 parts of a stabilizer, 0.3 to 0.6 part of fibers, 15 to 20 parts of coarse aggregate, 10 to 25 parts of fine aggregate, 15 to 20 parts of a filler and 0.05 to 0.1 part of an anti-aging agent. According to the special high-performance modified asphalt for the ultrathin wearing layer, ultrathin pavements are respectively formed by adopting raw materials of different gradation and proportions, so the pavements have good freeze-thaw resistance, stability, durability and self-adhesion and can effectively resist high temperature and abrasion of ruts; and the special high-performance modified asphalt can be applied to reconstruction and maintenance of newly-built pavements and old pavements.
