The invention provides a high-strength baking-free brick prepared from electric furnace ferronickel slag and a preparation method of the high-strength baking-free brick. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, with ferronickel slag, cement, anhydrous gypsum and calcium hydroxide as raw materials, fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials by using a powerful mixer, wherein the ferronickel slag should be finely ground to allow the specific surface area of the ferronickel slag to reach 450-550 m<2>/kg, a mass part ratio of the cement to the ferronickel slag in the raw materials is 4:1 to 5: 1, the mass of the anhydrous gypsum is 1-2% of the total mass of the cement and the ferronickel slag, and the mass of the calcium hydroxide is 1-2% of the total mass of the cement and the ferronickel slag; step 2, adding water into the uniformly-mixed raw materials, carrying out sufficient stirring, and then putting the formed mixture into a grinding tool for vibration compression moldingto obtain a green body; and 3, carrying out room temperature maintenance on the green body in a closed workshop, keeping the brick body wet, and completing the maintenance to obtain the high-strengthbaking-free brick. According to the method, the baking-free brick with high strength can be prepared through a simple process, metallurgical solid waste ferronickel slag is effectively utilized, andenvironmental pollution is reduced.
本发明提供了利用电炉镍铁渣制备的高强度免烧砖及其制备方法,方法包括:步骤1.以镍铁渣、水泥、无水石膏及氢氧化钙为原料,使用强力混合机充分混匀;其中,镍铁渣应细磨,使其比表面积达到450~550m/kg;原料中水泥与镍铁渣的质量份数比为4:1~5:1;无水石膏的质量为水泥与镍铁渣总质量的1~2%;氢氧化钙的质量为水泥与镍铁渣总质量的1~2%;步骤2.向混匀后的原料中加入水,充分搅拌,然后放入磨具中振动压制成型,得到生坯;步骤3.将生坯在密闭厂房进行室温养护,并保持砖体潮湿,养护完成后得到高强度免烧砖。本方法通过简单的工艺就能够制备出具有高强度的免烧砖,有效利用了冶金固废镍铁渣,减少了环境污染。
