The invention relates to roadbed repairing equipment for road construction and a construction method thereof. The equipment comprises a limiting frame, a suction pump, an air compressor, a slurry pipe, an inserting sleeve and a rotating mechanism, the limiting frame is of a semi-annular structure. Pulp pipes are distributed at the inner ends of the limiting frames; threaded holes are symmetricallyformed in the outer side surface of the lower end of the pulp pipes; the upper end of the inserting sleeve sleeves the lower end of the pulp pipes; round holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the threaded holes of the pulp pipes, of the inserting sleeves, the inserting sleeves are locked in the threaded holes in the lower end of the pulp pipes through countersunk bolts, a rotating mechanism is installed in the upper ends of the pulp pipes, a suction pump is installed on a limiting frame at the right ends of the pulp pipes, and an air compressor is located on the rear side of thesuction pump and installed on the limiting frame at the right ends of the pulp pipes. The problems that when cement paste is poured into a piling hole to reinforce a soft soil roadbed in the prior art, the pressure is small, the seepage force of the cement paste is poor, and therefore the reinforcing range of the outer side of the piling hole of the soft soil roadbed is small can be solved.
本发明涉及一种道路施工用路基修复设备及施工方法,包括限位架、吸取泵、空气压缩机、浆管、插套和转动机构,所述的限位架为半环形结构,限位架的内端分布有浆管,浆管的下端外侧面上对称设置有螺纹孔,插套的上端套设在浆管的下端上,插套上对应浆管的螺纹孔的位置处均设置有圆孔,插套通过沉头螺栓锁定在浆管下端的螺纹孔上,浆管的上端内安装有转动机构,浆管右端的限位架上安装有吸取泵,空气压缩机位于吸取泵后侧,空气压缩机安装在浆管右端的限位架上。本发明可以解决现有对软土路基采用灌注水泥浆的方式加固时存在的:水泥浆灌注到打桩孔内时压力较小,使得水泥浆的渗透力较差,从而软土路基打桩孔外侧加固范围较小等问题。
