Method for assembling plate-truss combined beam of suspension bridge
The invention provides a suspension bridge plate-truss combined beam assembling method which comprises the following specific steps: step 1, assembling a steel truss, the assembling sequence of rod pieces of the steel truss is that a lower-layer rod piece, a rear facade rod piece and an upper-layer rod piece are sequentially assembled from bottom to top by using temporary bolts and punching nails,and the lower-layer rod piece is assembled into a plane structure with an opening at one end and a closed end; 2, detecting the installation precision of the steel truss assembled in the step 1, andreplacing temporary bolts and punching nails with high-strength bolts after the standard requirements are met; and 3, after the steel truss is assembled, the bridge deck slab is hoisted to the steel truss. The steel truss rod pieces form a closed stable structural system from bottom to top, the lower-layer rod pieces and the rear vertical-face rod pieces are arranged firstly, then the upper-layerrod pieces are installed, after the steel truss is assembled, the center distance and the diagonal difference of the main truss are checked, the next section can be assembled after the steel truss isdetected to be qualified, and the assembling quality of the plate-truss combined beam is guaranteed.
