Device used for water surface piling
The invention discloses a device used for water surface piling. The device comprises a pile delivery cylinder, fastening bolts, a fastening wrench and a buffering pad. The pile delivery cylinder comprises a cylinder (1), a cylinder (2), hanging lugs, reinforcing plates, a round plate and a round pipe. The hanging lugs are used for binding hanging ropes of a hoisted tube pile, the round pipe is used for fastening the fastening wrench, and the components are all welded together. Each fastening bolt comprises a bolt and a bolt rubber sleeve. The bolt rubber sleeve is arranged at the threaded partof the bolt in a sleeving mode. The fastening wrench comprises a bolt, a bolt rubber sleeve, a cylinder (9), a round pipe and a round plate, wherein the inner diameter part of the cylinder (9) is a regular hexagon, the outer diameter part of the cylinder (9) is round, and a nut of the bolt and the cylinder (9) are welded together. A hard wood gasket serves as the buffering pad. Compared with theexisting water surface piling construction technical scheme, the piling device can improve the perpendicularity of a tube pile in the tube pile construction process, and the tube pile can be preventedfrom inclining in the hoisting and hammering process; and meanwhile, installation is easy, and the construction quality of the tube pile can be effectively improved.
