The invention discloses a silencer device with a waste gas injection function and an excavator. The silencer device comprises a silencing control component and a waste gas injection component. An exhaust manifold of an engine is connected with the inlet end of the silencing control component, and the waste gas injection component is mounted at the outlet end of the silencing control component. Anair filter communicates with the waste gas injection component. Dust in a dust accumulating cavity of the air filter of the engine is sucked away through negative pressure generated when engine wastegas flow passes through the silencing control component and can be exhausted through an exhaust tail pipe. According to the silencer device with the waste gas injection function, the exhaust noise ofthe engine can be effectively controlled, the dust in the dust accumulating cavity of the air filter of the engine can be sucked away through the negative pressure generated when engine waste gas flowpasses through the silencing control component and can be exhausted through the exhaust tail pipe, and thus the dust in the dust accumulating cavity of the air filter can be prevented from being manually cleared away, the maintenance period of a filter element of the air filter is prolonged, and the labor maintenance cost is reduced.
