The pedestal pan comprises a pedestal pan gasket, an electric control device, a hot water electromagnetic valve, a hot water pipe, atoilet bowl cover and a sewage drainage outlet. A vacuum suction blow-down valve is arranged at the sewage drainage outlet; the pedestal pan gasket and the pedestal pan cover are both connected with the electric control device through bearings, the electric control device is connected with the vacuum suction blow-down valve and the hot water electromagnetic valve, a hydrothermal warm-keeping layeris arranged in the pedestal pan gasket, and the hot water electromagnetic valve is connected with the hydrothermal warm-keeping layer through the hot water pipe. The electric hydrothermal pedestal pan has the advantages of being convenient to use and capable of keeping the human body warm.
