The two installation parts are installed on a wall. The two connecting parts are separately installed on the installation parts. The stand column is arranged in the sleeve column, and the stand column is slidably connected with the inner side of the sleeve column. Two sets of fastening bolts are arranged between the two connection parts. According to the novel curtain wall stand column and building body connecting device and method, after triangular rotary-cutting double-locking anchor bolts are inserted into a wall body, the installation parts are installed on the wall through never-loosening nuts, so that the loosening of the nuts is avoided; and the standcolumn is installed in the sleeve column by using the fastening bolts, the connecting parts are installed on the sleeve column, after the installation parts are connected with the connecting parts ina clamped mode, the position is adjusted, and then screws are installed on the installation parts and the connecting parts to fix the installation parts and the connecting parts.
