Building integrated photovoltaic connecting device
The invention relates to a building integrated photovoltaic connecting device. The building integrated photovoltaic connecting device comprises Z-shaped supports, bolt grooves and color steel tiles, wherein the bolt grooves are formed in the upper portions of the Z-shaped supports, the two Z-shaped supports are assembled to form a support base shaped like the Chinese character 'ji' through a bolt,and the width of each support base shaped like the Chinese character 'ji' is telescopically adjusted through the positions of the corresponding bolts and bolt grooves. The bottoms of the Z-shaped supports are in bolt connection with the color steel tiles, and a BIPV support is installed on the upper portion of the support base shaped like the Chinese character 'ji'. The connecting device has thebenefits that the expansible support base shaped like the Chinese character 'ji' is adopted to fix the BIPV support to the roof color steel tile, and the problem is solved that the section of the color steel tile is waved, and consequently, the BIPV support cannot be installed. The connecting device is easy to install and high in on-site adaptation, and moreover, the heat-dissipation performance of the assembly is improved through an overhead BIPV system.
本发明涉及一种一体式钢结构屋面光伏连接装置,包括Z型支架、螺栓槽和彩钢瓦;Z型支架上部设有螺栓槽,两个Z型支架通过螺栓拼接形成“几”字形支座,“几”字形支座的宽度通过螺栓与螺栓槽的位置进行伸缩调节;Z型支架底部与彩钢瓦通过螺栓连接;“几”字形支座上部安装BIPV支架。本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用可伸缩的“几”字形支座将BIPV支架固定在屋面彩钢瓦上,解决了由于彩钢瓦截面呈波浪形导致无法安装BIPV支架的问题。而且该连接装置不仅安装简便,现场适应性强,同时通过架空BIPV系统,提高了组件的散热性能。
