A skylight system with a built-in drainage structure comprises a plurality of skylight units (1) and a supporting framework (2); each skylight unit (1) comprises a window frame (11) and a window sash(12) at the upper part of the window frame (11); the supporting framework (2) comprises longitudinal supporting beams (21) arranged below longitudinal frames (111) on the front and rear sides of the window frames (11) in a supporting mode, and transverse supporting beams (22) arranged below transverse frames (112) on the left and right sides of the window frames (11) in a supporting mode; every two left and right adjacent skylight units (1) are separated, a waterproof adhesive tape is clamped in a gap between the two adjacent window sashes (12) of every two adjacent skylight units (1), and a first drainage groove (51) with an upward opening is formed in a concave position enclosed between the transverse frames (112) of the two adjacent window frames (11) of every two adjacent skylight units (1) and the transverse supporting beams (22) below the transverse frames (112) in the supporting mode. According to the skylight system, through the built-in drainage structure, bulge of the skylight is greatly reduced, a whole roof is more integrated, the appearance effect is better, and the waterproof performance is better.
