The invention is applicable to the field of door and window hardware accessories, and discloses a lever handle which comprises a base, a driving lever slidably connected to the base, and a lever handle grip rotatably connected to the base. A ratchet wheel assembly driven by the lever handle grip and used for driving the driving lever to slide is arranged in the base; a reversing structure is arranged between the ratchet wheel assembly and the driving lever; and a switching assembly for controlling the ratchet wheel assembly to switch a sliding direction of the driving lever is arranged on thelever handle grip or the base. The lever handle provided by the invention is small and compact in structure; by repeatedly pulling the lever handle grip, the driving lever can move horizontally alonga second direction, so that the driving lever can realize a great horizontal movement stroke only if the lever handle grip rotates at a small angle in a reciprocating way; and meanwhile, the driving lever can horizontally move in forward and backward directions, so that the lever handle is convenient to use by a user.
