The invention discloses an anti-falling crawling ladder for constructional engineering. The anti-falling crawling ladder structurally comprises a crawling ladder body, a pedal, a ladder cap, a first folding rod, an anti-skid pad and a positioning frame, and the positioning frame is composed of a frame body, a protective connecting rod, an anti-skid holding sleeve, a second folding rod and a pressurizing mechanism. According to the anti-falling crawling ladder for constructional engineering, the crawling ladder body adds a balance stabilizing point for the crawling ladder body through the framebody, and a supporting effect is achieved on the frame body by utilizing a supporting inclined rod, so that the stability is improved; the frame body is positioned at one point through the pressurizing mechanism, and the protective connecting rod is utilized, so that an accident that when climbing the crawling ladder, a worker falls leftwards or rightwards to cause disability is prevented; the worker climbs upwards with the help of the anti-skid holding sleeve, and when the worker falls backwards accidentally, the frame body performs protecting on the worker through a buffer protective pad, so that accidents are avoided; and by means of the design, the stability of the ladder is guaranteed without being held by people on one side, and the safety of the crawling ladder is improved.
