Clinker-free high-performance low-cost novel composite cementing material
The invention provides a clinker-free high-performance low-cost novel composite cementing material. The composite cementing material is composed of the following components in percentage by mass: 10-25% of quick lime, 5-20% of desulfurized ash, 0-11% of a modified material and 50-95% of a composite admixture. The composite admixture is composed of iron tailing powder and superfine slag powder, wherein the iron tailing powder accounts for 20%-45% by mass of the total raw materials of the composite cementing material, and the superfine slag powder accounts for 30%-50% by mass of the total raw materials of the composite cementing material. The invention provides an appropriate mixing ratio, and the gelling activity of iron tailing sand is activated by using low-cost quicklime, low-cost desulfurized ash and a small amount of strong alkali and weak acid salt. The adopted raw materials are cheap industrial raw materials and industrial waste, and high-temperature roasting, grinding and otherprocedures are not needed for preparation, so engineering cost and the construction difficulty are remarkably reduced.
