The invention relates to a porous active internal curing admixture, which mainly comprises a natural microporous admixture component and an enhanced admixture component, and is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of calcined diatomite, 10-20 parts of zeolite powder, 20-40 parts of pumice powder and 30-65 parts of superfine slag powder. By fully exertingthe synergistic effect between the water absorption and release functions of porous mineral admixtures with different particle sizes in a hydration process of a cementing material and the filling effect and secondary hydration activity effect of superfine mineral admixtures, the plastic shrinkage and cracking of concrete can be obviously reduced, and the long-term mechanical properties and the durability are obviously improved.
