Lightweight high-strength concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses lightweight high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprise the following production raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-60% of a cementing material, 5-10% of coarse aggregate, 1-10% of fine aggregate, 5-10% of light aggregate, 0.1-4% of an additive, 2-11.5% of fibers and 10-15% of water, wherein the light aggregate is floating beads witha true density of 100-2000 kg/m<3> and a particle size of 300-500 [mu]m. The lightweight high-strength concrete has high compressive strength and flexural-tensile strength while achieving low volume weight, does not need high-temperature steam curing, only needs normal-temperature curing, is convenient to construct and operate, and is suitable for preparing lightweight prefabricated parts and other structural parts needing to reduce self weight.
本发明公开了一种轻质高强混凝土及其制备方法,该混凝土的生产原料包括以下质量百分比的组分:50~60%的胶凝材料,5~10%的粗骨料,1~10%的细骨料,5~10%的轻骨料,0.1~4%的外加剂,2~11.5%的纤维,10~15%的水,所述轻骨料为真密度为100~2000kg/m3的漂珠,粒径为300~500μm。本发明所得的轻质高强混凝土实现低容重的同时,可具备高抗压强度及抗弯拉强度,并且无需高温蒸养,采用常温养护即可,使得施工操作方便,适用于制备轻量化的预制构件以及其他需要降低自重的结构部位。
