Waste sludge treatment method
The invention discloses a waste sludge treatment method which comprises the following steps: 1) taking out sludge, and removing garbage impurities in the sludge by using a grid; (2) in the garbage removing process, adding building muck into the sludge layer by layer, that is, laying the sludge layers and the building muck layers in a spaced mode, standing for 1.5-2 h, then stirring for 15-20 min,and then standing for 30 min; 3) in the standing process, blowing the sludge through a hot air blower; and 4) uniformly adding a soil stabilizer into the sludge, and stirring for 45-60 minutes at thespeed of 60-70 r/min. According to the sludge treatment method, through the combination of the building muck and the soil stabilizer, the problem that waste building broken powder is difficult to utilize is solved, the compressive strength and the water stability of sludge can be improved, and the sludge can be cured, used on site and buried to serve as backfill soil and a foundation bed in a project.
本发明公开了一种废弃淤泥的处理方法，包括如下步骤：1)将淤泥取出，使用格栅除去淤泥中的垃圾杂质；2)在去除垃圾的过程中，分层的向淤泥中投入一层层的建筑渣土，即以淤泥层、建筑渣土层间隔的方式铺放，静置1.5‑2h，然后搅拌15‑20min后再静置30min；3)在静置的过程中，通过热风机对着淤泥进行鼓吹；4)向淤泥中均匀的加入土壤固化剂，以60‑70转/min的速率搅拌45‑60min。本发明淤泥的处理方法，通过建筑废弃渣土和土壤固化剂的结合，既解决了废弃建筑破碎粉料难利用的问题，又能够提高淤泥的抗压强度，水稳定性，可以使淤泥固化，就地使用，填埋作为工程内的回填土、地基垫层。
