Steam-curing-free concrete aerated thermal-insulation brick produced from construction waste, and production method thereof
The invention relates to a steam-curing-free concrete aerated thermal-insulation brick produced from construction waste, and a production method thereof. The thermal-insulation brick is prepared fromthe following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of aggregate, 8-10 parts of CaO, 3-5 parts of CaSO4, 3-5 parts of carbamide, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl fibers, 3-5 parts of calcium formate, 5-10 parts of a foaming agent and 40-60 parts of additional water, wherein the cement is formed by compounding one more than two selected from ordinary silicate, high-alumina cement, fly ash cement, alumina cement and aluminate cement, the aggregate is construction waste and has the particle size of smaller than or equal to 5 mm, andthe foaming agent is formed by compounding one or more than two selected from aluminum powder, aluminum powder paste, hydrogen peroxide and sodium bicarbonate, and the steam-curing-free concrete thermal-insulation brick is obtained through burdening, mixing, injection molding and curing maintenance. The steam-curing-free concrete aerated thermal-insulation brick effectively reduces land occupation and living environment pollution caused by construction waste, and has the advantages of being good in heat preservation, light in weight, good in sound insulation, high in strength, capable of being nailed and sawed, and capable of reducing construction strength.
本发明涉及利用建筑垃圾生产免蒸养混凝土加气保温砖及其生产方法,保温砖由以下重量份的原料配制而成,水泥30~40份、骨料20~30份、CaO 8~10份、CaSO3~5份、碳酰胺3~5份、聚乙烯醇3~5份、羟丙基甲基纤维5~10份、甲酸钙3~5份、发泡剂5~10份、外加水40~60份。所述水泥为普通硅酸盐、高铝水泥、粉煤灰水泥、矾土水泥、铝酸盐水泥中的一种或两种以上复合;所述骨料为建筑垃圾,粒度≤5mm;所述发泡剂为铝粉、铝粉膏、双氧水、碳酸氢钠中的一种或两种以上复合。经配料、混合、注模、固化养护得到免蒸养混凝土保温砖。有效地减轻了建筑垃圾对土地的侵占和对生活环境污染,具有保温好、重量轻、隔音性好、强度高、可钉、可锯、减少施工强度的优点。
