The invention discloses a deformation measuring device. The device comprises a mounting box, a detection device arranged in the mounting box and a cover plate arranged at the top of the mounting box.A first connecting block is arranged at the bottom of the mounting box. Universal wheels are arranged at the bottom of the first connecting block. An electric push rod used for driving the detection device to move up and down is arranged on the cover plate. A through groove is formed in the side wall of the mounting box, a baffle is arranged in the through groove in a penetrating mode, and when the detection device moves upwards, the baffle moves towards the interior of the through groove. A fixing assembly matched with the universal wheels is arranged on the first connecting block. When a bridge is detected, the measuring device is conveyed to a bridge floor through a transport vehicle, and the mounting box is pushed to a to-be-detected place. The moving resistance of the mounting box isreduced under the action of the universal wheels, so that the mounting box is more convenient to move.
