The invention relates to a large-span steel-concrete composite bridge large-section steel truss girder moving and transporting system which comprises a girder transporting trestle used for moving andtransporting a steel truss girder when the steel truss girder is erected, anti-collision piers and a jack counter-pulling traction girder moving system arranged on the girder transporting trestle. Thegirder transporting trestle comprises a bridge abutment, steel pipe piles, I-shaped steel arranged at the tops of the steel pipe piles, bailey beams and a beam moving rail. The steel pipe piles are an abutment foundation and hooped steel pipe piles, and the I-shaped steel is arranged at the tops of the steel pipe piles to serve as distribution beams to be connected with the bailey beams. The anti-collision piers are arranged on the outer side in front of the girder transporting trestle. The jack counter-pulling traction girder moving system comprises a jack, a counter-force pier and a girdermoving support, and the jack, the counter-force pier and the girder moving support form a whole through threaded steel bars. The girder moving and transporting system has the beneficial effects that according to the girder transporting trestle, the steel hoops are arranged at the tops of the steel pipe piles, the steel hoops are simple in structure and good in supporting effect, and good technicalbenefits are achieved.
本发明涉及一种大跨钢‑混组合桥大节段钢桁梁移运梁系统,包括用于钢桁梁架设时钢桁梁移运的运梁栈桥、防撞墩以及设置于运梁栈桥上的千斤顶反拉牵引移梁系统;运梁栈桥包括桥台、钢管桩、设置于钢管桩顶部的工字钢、贝雷梁和移梁轨道;钢管桩为桥台基础,钢管桩为抱箍钢管桩,钢管桩顶部设置工字钢作为分配梁用于连接贝雷梁;运梁栈桥前方外侧设置防撞墩;千斤顶反拉牵引移梁系统包括千斤顶、反力墩及移梁支座,千斤顶、反力墩与移梁支座通过螺纹钢筋形成整体。本发明的有益效果是:本发明所采用的运梁栈桥,钢管桩顶部设置钢抱箍,钢抱箍结构简单,支撑效果好,具有良好的技术效益。
