The invention discloses a steel structure assembly type building unit composite wall body. The steel structure assembly type building unit composite wall body comprises a stainless steel base plate; positioning piles are welded at the bottom of the stainless steel base plate and are inserted into a concrete foundation layer; a stainless steel top plate is installed above the stainless steel base plate by virtue of stainless steel rods; the bottom of the stainless steel top plate and the lower ends of the stainless steel rods are each integrally formed with an inserting rod; the top of the stainless steel base plate and the tops of the stainless steel rods are each provided with an inserting groove; each inserting rod is inserted into the corresponding inserting groove; the outer walls of top and bottom of each stainless steel rod are each connected with an annular plate in a welding manner; the uppermost annular plate is connected with the bottom of the stainless steel top plate through bolts; the lowermost annular plate is connected with the top of the stainless steel base plate through bolts; and the two annular plates clinging to each other are connected with each other throughbolts. The steel structure assembly type building unit composite wall body disclosed by the invention greatly improves the overall stability, can adjust the height of the overall wall surface by setting the layer quantity of the stainless steel rods according to actual needs, and realizes good adjustability.
