The invention provides an installing and constructing method of an ETFE membrane structure curtain wall. The installing and constructing method of the ETFE membrane structure curtain wall specificallycomprises the following steps that S1, after construction preparation is completed, pre-embedding and installing of a steel support supporting the membrane structure are completed on a body structureor a secondary steel structure of a building, and accurate setting out and hole forming and installing of stainless steel bolts are conducted on connection plates, for supporting ETFE membranes, of the steel support; S2, PVC protective film or color cloth strips are laid on a membrane spreading site to form a membrane spreading platform, the ETFE membranes are spread on the membrane spreading platform, and aluminum alloy clamps are installed on the edges of the membranes; S3, the ETFE membranes on the membrane spreading platform are lifted as a whole through a traction device to be close to the connection plates, supporting the ETFE membranes, of the steel support; S4, a windproof rope network is fastened and arranged, and temporary fixation is conducted on the periphery of each ETFE membrane; S5, the ETFE membranes are stretched and adjusted, the aluminum alloy clamps fixed to the ETFE membranes are fixed to the steel support through the stainless steel bolts installed on the connection plates, so that all membrane edges of each ETFE membrane are fixed to the steel support; and S6, an air supply pipe is installed, air inflation and debugging are conducted on the air supply pipe,and qualified acceptance is organized.
