The invention provides a controllable lifting platform applied to a swimming pool. The controllable lifting platform comprises a second seal water tank fixed on the bottom of the swimming pool and a lifting platform located above, wherein a first seal water tank is disposed in the lifting platform, a plurality of uprights uniformly distributed are fixed on the bottom of the lifting platform, the uprights are in matched slide connection with a plurality of guide casings which are disposed on the second seal water tank and extend underground vertically, a second submersible pump is fixedly disposed in the first seal water tank, a first submersible pump and multiple locking mechanisms are fixedly disposed in the second seal water tank, a first flexible water pipe in series connection with anelectric flow stop valve is disposed between the first submersible pump and the first seal water tank, a second flexible water pipe is disposed between the second submersible pump and the second sealwater tank, and a flexible ventilated pipe is disposed between the upper part of an inner cavity of the first seal water tank and the upper part of an inner cavity of the second seal water tank. The controllable lifting platform can be assembled into the swimming pool of which the water depth is adjustable or a sports site; and the structure is simple, maintenance is convenient, and operation costis low.
