An anti-haze dustproof window with a fast filter screen mounting, demounting and replacing function comprises an anti-haze dustproof window outer frame, a quickly-demounted clamping lock, screen pressing grooves, an anti-haze dustproof window inner frame, a washable primary filtering screen, an HEPA efficient filtering screen, a cold catalyst filtering screen, an activated carbon filtering screen,screen pressing rubber strips, quickly-demounted hinges, quickly-demounted sliding grooves and the like. The washable primary filtering screen, the activated carbon filtering screen and the HEPA efficient filtering screen are pressed in the screen pressing grooves through the screen pressing rubber strips, and the HEPA efficient filtering screen is clamped in the anti-haze dustproof window outerframe through the anti-haze dustproof window inner frame. The anti-haze dustproof window inner frame is clamped in the anti-haze dustproof window outer frame through the quickly demounted clamping lock. Thus, the filtering screens are replaced. In the embodiment of a casement window, the anti-haze dustproof window is mounted on the window through the quickly-demounted hinges; and in the embodimentof a sash window, the anti-haze dustproof window is mounted on the window through the quickly-demounted sliding grooves. Thus, the anti-haze dustproof window is fast mounted on the windows or demounted from the windows so that the filtering screens can be replaced.
