The invention discloses an electric shutter with a movable reel pipe. The electric shutter with the movable reel pipe comprises a top fixed installation frame, a cord fabric, a reel pipe moving assembly and a side rail, wherein the upper end of the cord fabric is connected to the top fixed installation frame; the lower end of the cord fabric is connected onto the reel pipe of the reel pipe movingassembly; a pulley contacting the side rail is arranged at the end part of the reel pipe moving assembly; the reel pipe moving assembly comprises a motor(s), the reel pipe and the pulley; the motor(s)drive(s) the reel pipe to rotate, so that the reel pipe moving assembly linearly moves along the side rail in a reciprocating way; and the motor(s) of the reel pipe moving assembly can be arranged atone end or two ends of the reel pipe. The electric shutter with the movable reel pipe provided by the invention successfully solves the problems that when the shutter is too long, the rigidity of thereel pipe is insufficient, the middle part of the reel pipe on the top part is severely sunk so as to be bent into a U shape, the cord fabric cannot be tightly wound on the wall of the reel pipe on the top part, and the cord fabric (14) is in a wave shape and is uneven.
