The invention discloses an anti-falling-back limiting jack for magnetic suspension track beam positioning. A jack cylinder, an output shaft arranged in the jack cylinder in a sliding manner and a movable limiting structure arranged on the output shaft are included. The anti-falling-back limiting jack has the beneficial effects that according to the scheme, after the output shaft of the jack adjusts a track beam in place through stretching and contracting, the limiting structure is utilized for locking the output shaft of the jack for limiting, output shaft contraction caused by the action of counter thrust exerted on the output shaft through the track beam is avoided, and accordingly track beam position stability and track beam positioning accuracy are guaranteed.
