The invention discloses a high-strength concrete formula production process. The concrete is prepared from, by weight, 17-22 parts of cement, 21-31 parts of sand, 20-35 parts of stone raw materials, 15-25 parts of mineral admixtures, 4-10 parts of steel fibers and 13-17 parts of water. The beneficial effects of the high-strength concrete formula production process are that: by adopting the sand with low water content, the raw material ratio of the concrete during stirring can be more accurate; by using the clean dust-free cubic broken stone with the rough surface and the edges, the right-angled mixing effect of the stone raw material and other materials can be better; the mineral admixture can be slowly hydrated in the presence of water and lime; a cementitious substance of increased strength is generated to fill pores in the concrete, and the silicon powder and the zeolite powder are of amorphous and compact structures, so that the microstructure of a two-phase interface area is obviously improved, the strength, the impermeability and the durability of the concrete can be improved, and the silicon powder can enable the concrete to have very good workability and stability.
