The invention provides a preparation method of a three-dimensional microporous breathable template for concrete. The three-dimensional microporous breathable template is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 35 parts of an isocyanate prepolymer, 40 to 60 parts of polyether polyol A, 5 to 10 parts of polyether polyol B, 8 to 15 parts of a chain extender, 0.2 to 2 parts ofwater, 0.1 to 3 parts of a foam stabilizer, 0.1 to 3 parts of a pore opening agent, 5 to 15 parts of aluminum oxide and 0.1 to 2 parts of dibutyltin dilaurate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally mixing the components and curing at room temperature to obtain a microporous polyurethane elastomer, wherein the density of the microporous polyurethane elastomer is 0.5-0.9 g/cm<3>, the tensile strength of the microporous polyurethane elastomer is greater than or equal to 1.0 MPa, the elastic modulus of the microporous polyurethane elastomer is greater than or equalto 6000 MPa, and the pore diameter of the microporous polyurethane elastomer is smaller than 3 mm; and carrying out laser micropore treatment or micro-needle roller stab treatment on the surface of the microporous polyurethane elastomer to obtain the three-dimensional microporous breathable template. The breathable template can be applied to template linings of fabricated buildings and decorativeconcrete, and the key problems of surface exhaust and apparent quality defects of multi-angle complex structural members in the decorative concrete pouring process are solved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土用三维微孔透气模板的制备方法,包含的组份及各组份的重量含量为:异氰酸酯预聚物20~35份、聚醚多元醇A 40~60份、聚醚多元醇B 5~10份、扩链剂8~15份、水0.2~2份、匀泡剂0.1~3份、开孔剂0.1~3份、氧化铝5~15份、二月硅酸二丁基锡0.1~2份。通过各组分按比例混合室温固化后,得到密度为0.5‑0.9g/cm,拉伸强度≥1.0 MPa,弹性模量≥6000MPa,孔直径<3mm的微孔聚氨酯弹性体,将其表面进行激光微孔化或经过微针辊轮压刺处理,得到三维微孔透气模板。该透气模板可应用于在装配式建筑、装饰混凝土的模板衬材,解决多角度复杂构造构件在装饰混凝土浇筑过程中表面排气、表观质量缺陷关键难题。
