The invention discloses a steel beam pier replacement coating process and belongs to the technical field of steel structure bridge manufacturing. The steel beam pier replacement coating process comprises the following steps that: a set pier position marking line and a temporary pier position marking line are drawn on a bottom plate of a small section; sand blasting rust removal is carried out at the set pier marking line in a weld joint grinding interval in a box; primer with specified film thickness is sprayed according to the outer surface system of the steel beam of the small section; an accurate pier position marking line is drawn on the bottom plate of the small section; the small section is transported into a coating workshop, second steel piers are aligned with the accurate pier position marking line, and the small section is supported through the second steel piers; and coating construction is performed on the inner and outer surfaces of the small section according to a coatingprocess. By means of the steel beam pier replacement coating process adopted, time consumed by a beam transporting trolley can be effectively shortened, the pier replacement coating labor intensity of the beam transporting trolley is relieved, a pier replacement repair construction period is shortened, manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, and steel beam construction coating appearance quality is improved.
