The invention provides an anti-freezing water-saving toilet stool. The anti-freezing water-saving toilet stool comprises a seat body, a urinal, a bendable outer sleeve, an inner blowdown hose, and anouter sleeve lifting mechanism; the urinal is arranged on the seat body, and a sewage draining exit is formed in the urinal; the bendable outer sleeve is arranged in the seat body, one end of the outer sleeve is connected with the sewage draining exit, the other end of the outer sleeve is connected with the water inlet end of an external sewage draining pipeline, and the sewage draining exit is higher than the water inlet end of the sewage draining pipeline; the inner blowdown hose is arranged in the outer sleeve, one end of the inner blowdown hose is connected with the sewage draining exit ,and the other end of the inner blowdown hose is a free end; the outer sleeve lifting mechanism is mounted on the seat body, is connected with the outer sleeve, and is configured to pull the outer sleeve upwards to drive the outer sleeve to bend upwards, so that the top of the outer sleeve is higher than the sewage draining exit. According to the invention, the water consumption of the toilet stoolis greatly reduced, and the technical problem that a traditional toilet stool is easy to freeze at low temperature is solved.
