The invention discloses a prefabricated heat-insulating external wall panel. The prefabricated heat-insulating external wall panel comprises an inner liner panel, a sandwich panel and an outer liner panel which are connected in sequence from inside to outside; the inner liner panel adopts a precast sandwich reinforced concrete slab, and the size and the thickness depend on an engineering design; the sandwich panel adopts an EPS or XPS sandwich panel, and the thickness depends on the engineering design; the outer liner panel is formed by connecting a plurality of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs; and a caulked joint heat insulating strip is embedded into a caulked joint between the connected adjacent autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. According to the prefabricated heat-insulating externalwall panel, the inner liner panel adopts the precast sandwich reinforced concrete slab, which facilitates the pre-embedding of a connecting piece and a hanging point and the mounting of doors and windows, and meanwhile, ensures the strength of an external wall. The outer liner panel adopts the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, which reduces the self-weight of the overall wall panel, and meanwhile, improves the heat insulating and sound insulating properties.
