The invention discloses a lightweight cement prefabricated composite wall panel. The wall panel comprises a front wall panel body and a rear wall panel body. The front wall panel body and the rear wall panel body are vertically arranged front and back in parallel and are opposite to each other. The wall panel further comprises a second connecting portion. First end plates are arranged on the rearsides of the left and right ends of the front wall panel body correspondingly. Second end plates are arranged on the front sides of the left and right ends of the rear wall panel body correspondingly.The first end plates and the second end plates on the same sides are overlapped together correspondingly. A plurality of connecting plates are arranged on the rear side of the front wall panel body at equal intervals in sequence. A plurality of mounting plates are arranged on the front side of the rear wall panel body correspondingly. The mounting plates and the connecting plates are in one-to-one correspondence. Sliding grooves are formed in the front sides of the mounting plates correspondingly. The connecting plates stretch into the sliding grooves of the corresponding mounting plates andare in sliding fit with the mounting plates. In addition, all the connecting plates are movably connected with the rear wall panel body through a plurality of bolt assemblies, and the multiple bolt assemblies corresponding to each connecting plate are arranged at equal intervals from top to bottom in sequence.
