The invention discloses a color aluminum plate convenient to splice and a machining method. The plate comprises an aluminum plate body, a first edgefold, a second edgefold, clamping blocks, guide columns, column grooves, clamping grooves and a pigment layer. The first edgefold is arranged at the top of one side of the aluminum plate body. The five clamping grooves are formed in the bottom of the first edgefold at equal intervals. The machining method comprises the steps that firstly, the aluminum plate body is manufactured; secondly, the first edgefold and the second edgefold are cut; thirdly,the clamping blocks and the guide columns are welded; fourthly, the column grooves and the clamping grooves are formed; fifthly, pretreatment is performed; and sixthly, the pigment layer is sprayed.According to the color aluminum plate convenient to splice and the machining method, positioning and splicing during mounting are facilitated, the color aluminum plate can be mounted in a horizontal moving and staggered mode, the man-hour is shortened greatly, the cost is saved, moreover, different splicing modes can be adopted according to the practical mounting environments conveniently, meanwhile, a film is arranged on the surface of a clean base plate, and accordingly, the corrosion resistance and adhesive force to coating of the base plate are improved.
