The invention provides a wall and floor tile installation leveling device. The wall and floor tile installation leveling device comprises a plurality of tiles and a leveling device, the leveling device is arranged between every four adjacent tiles, the leveling device comprises an adjusting base and an adjusting head, the adjusting base comprises a bottom plate and a connecting rod, the bottom plate abuts against the lower surfaces of the tiles, the connecting rod abuts against the bottom plate, the bottom of the connecting rod is detachably connected to the bottom plate, the connecting rod isclamped to the splicing positions of the four adjacent tiles and extend to the positions above the tiles, the adjusting head is detachably installed on the connecting rod, and the bottom face of theadjusting head is attached to the upper surfaces of the tiles. The invention further provides a mounting and leveling method of the wall and floor tiles. Compared with the prior art, the leveling efficiency of the wall and floor tiles is improved, and meanwhile the leveling difficulty is reduced.
