The invention discloses a lockset and a vehicle. The lockset comprises a shell, a lockpin and a handle, wherein the handle is fixedly connected onto the lockpin; and a sliding chute for accommodatinga connecting part between the handle and the lockpin is formed in the shell and is formed in the reverse side of the shell. According to the lockset, the sliding chute for accommodating the connectingpart between the handle and the lockpin is formed in the reverse side of the shell to prevent the lockset from being unlocked not smoothly when dust and rainwater enter the lockset from the sliding chute to further prolong the service life of the lockset; and at the same time, the sliding chute is formed in the reverse side of the shell to increase the difficulty for picking the lockset so as tolower the risk that the lockset is picked.
