The invention discloses a structure for improving thermal insulation performance of a glass door and window. The structure comprises a structure main body, a thermal insulation assembly, a pressing strip and fixing nails, wherein the thermal insulation assembly is fixedly connected to the interior of the structure main body, the thermal insulation assembly comprises a thermal insulation high-permeability film, an outer ring and positioning holes, and the outer ring is inserted between the structure main body and the pressing strip. According to the structure, the structure main body is arranged, the thermal insulation high-permeability film is mounted inside the structure main body, the problem that the glass door and window structure is inconvenient to mount is well solved, due to the fact that a gum strip structure is arranged at the bottom of the structure main body, release paper outside the gum strip structure is torn down during mounting firstly, then the structure main body is fitted outside the door and window needing to improve the thermal insulation performance, then the thermal insulation high-permeability film can be crammed into the interior of the structure main bodyafter the structure main body is mounted well, and finally, the fixing nails are used for nailing the thermal insulation high-permeability film tightly, so that the whole structure is simple, the mounting process is very convenient and fast, mounting is conveniently carried out by a user independently, and the practicability is high.
