The invention relates to a flow distribution control method of a high-rise building central flue system. The central flue system comprises indoor units installed on different floors, an air outlet ofeach indoor unit communicates with a public flue through a corresponding smoke pipe, the target flow QL is preset within the target range [Qx, Qd], and a motor of each indoor unit is provided with a current or power detection module. According to the flow distribution control method for the high-rise building, the current gear or current detection of a range hood is utilized, the influence of motor temperature rise on winding resistance is considered, the starting time and temperature feedback are increased, the current actual flow is calculated, the difference between the current flow and thetarget flow is calculated, and the motor gear is selected and adjusted, so that the current flow is controlled in the target flow range. According to the whole control method, basic guarantee of theeffective air volume can be achieved, the smoke exhaust effect difference of different floors is eliminated, and through frequency conversion or gear shifting control over the indoor range hood, the control process is efficient, saves energy and is low in loss.
一种高层楼宇中央烟道系统的流量分配控制方法,中央烟道系统包括安装在不同楼层的室内机,每台室内机的出风口均通过各自的烟管与公用烟道相连通,预先设定目标流量QL在目标范围[Qx,Qd]以内,室内机的电机具有电流或者功率检测模块。该高层楼宇的流量分配控制方法利用吸油烟机当前档位或者电流检测,并考虑电机温升对绕组电阻的影响,增加开机时间及温度反馈,计算出当前实际流量,计算当前流量与目标流量的差异,并选择调整电机档位,使当前流量控制在目标流量范围内。整个控制方法能实现有效风量的基本保障、消除不同楼层排烟效果差异,且通过室内吸油烟机的变频或者换挡控制,控制过程较为高效、节能,损耗较少。
