A closed clean protection area is formed in the closed modular main shelter, and a folding medical bed is arrangedin the closed clean protection area; and the wind leaching purification system is arranged in the closed modular sub-shelter, the closed modular main shelter is provided with the air purification negative pressure system, the closed modular main shelter and the closed modular sub-shelter are independent of each other, and a main shelter efficient filter is arranged in the air purification negativepressure system. The negative pressure medical purification and isolation shelter adopts the two sets of air purification systems, air purification of the wind leaching systems in the main shelter and the sub-shelter reaches the standard, harmful drug odor, powder, particles, volatile substances and the like are filtered and discharged during intravenous drug dispensing or human isolation, and thus the space in the shelter achieves sterile, non-particle and non-odor purification.
