Imitated basalt glaze and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an imitated basalt glaze and a preparation method thereof. Glaze used for the imitated basalt glaze comprises an overglaze and a ground glaze, wherein the ground glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 12 parts of potassium feldspar, 2 parts of aluminum powder, 85 parts of blank mud, 7 parts of a black pigment, and 3.2 parts of iron oxide red; the overglaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20 parts of potassium feldspar, 8 parts of quartz, 20 parts of albite, 4 parts of barium carbonate, 10 parts of calcite, 5 parts of spodumene, 9parts of aluminum powder, 4 parts of zinc oxide, 5 parts of dolomite, 4 parts of Jiepai mud, 3 parts of Guizhou soil, and 11 parts of high-boron frit. A volatile matter brewing mechanism is added inthe ground glaze, a large number of volatile materials are added, basalt type brewing is formed in a high-temperature state, meanwhile, high viscosity of molten liquid is kept by the overglaze, and the imitated basalt glaze is urgent to enter a quenching state in the reaction process to be cured, so that the basalt effect is formed.
