The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-static ceramic tile. The method comprises the following steps: crushing bauxite, silica sand, albite, potassium feldspar and titanium metal, performing mixing, forming and sintering, namely preparing powder of each material, mixing the powder, adding water to prepare slurry, and pressing and calcining to obtain the anti-static ceramic tile. According to the invention, a titanium-containing blank calcining technology is adopted, the addition of titanium metal content is reduced, the cost is controlled, and an integrated brick blank structure is adopted, so that the surface hardness of the ceramic tile is improved, the treatment steps of a glaze surface are reduced, and the cost is controlled to a certain extent.
本发明公开了一种防静电陶瓷砖的制备方法,将铝矾土、硅砂、钠长石、钾长石以及钛金属经粉碎、混料、成型以及烧结的加工步骤,其中首先制备各物料粉料,再将粉料混合后加水制备成浆料,压制煅烧后得到防静电陶瓷砖。本发明中,采用了含钛胚料煅烧技术,实现了减少钛金属含量的的添加以及控制成本,采用一体式砖胚结构,实现了陶瓷砖表面硬度得到提升,从而实现了减少釉面的处理步骤以及在一定程度上控制成本。
