The invention relates to a preparation method of easily sintered high-purity aluminum oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, hydrolyzing aluminum isopropoxide to preparehigh-purity pseudo-boehmite; step 2, carrying out primary low-temperature calcination to obtain transition-state aluminum oxide, and carrying out air jet pulverization to obtain transition-state aluminum oxide with a low apparent density; step 3, carrying out secondary roasting to obtain single crystal form alpha high-purity aluminum oxide; step 4, grinding the high-purity aluminum oxide powder toobtain mono-dispersed high-purity aluminum oxide powder with a specific surface area of 10-20 m<2>/g and an average particle size of less than 200 nanometers; and step five, putting the powder into apressing machine, moulding, then carrying out cold static pressing moulding, and performing high-temperature sintering, wherein the density of a sintered body is higher than 97%. The invention provides the easily sintered high-purity aluminum oxide which is environment-friendly, energy-saving and low in cost, and various technical indexes of the easily sintered high-purity aluminum oxide can meetthe use requirements.
本发明涉及一种易烧结高纯氧化铝的制备方法,包括以下步骤:第一步、将异丙醇铝通过水解制备得到高纯拟薄铝石;第二步、进行一次低温煅烧,得到过渡态氧化铝,然后进行气流粉碎处理,得到低松装密度过渡态氧化铝;第三步、再进行二次焙烧,得到单一晶型阿尔法高纯氧化铝;第四步、将高纯氧化铝粉体进行研磨处理,得到比表面积10‑20㎡/g,平均粒径小于200纳米的单分散性高纯氧化铝粉体;第五步、将粉体先放入压机成型,然后冷静压成型,高温烧结,烧结体致密度高于97%。本发明提供一种环保、节能、低成本以及各项技术指标能达到使用要求的易烧结高纯氧化铝。
