The invention provides a method for preparing scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder by a hydrothermal method and the scandium oxide stabilized zirconia powder prepared by the method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a scandium-containing solution, a zirconium-containing solution and urea to obtain a mixed solution; S2, putting the mixed solution into a hydrothermal kettle,and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at the temperature of 100-250 DEG C to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor solution; S3, filtering, washing and drying the scandium-zirconium precursor solution to obtain a scandium-zirconium precursor solid; and S4, calcining the scandium-zirconium precursor solid to obtain the scandium oxide stabilized zirconium oxide powder. By utilizing the method provided by the invention, the problems of high impurity content, serious agglomeration, large particle size, high raw material cost and the like during preparation of scandium oxide stabilized zirconia inthe prior art are effectively solved.
本发明提供了一种水热法制备氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体的方法及该方法制备的氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体。该方法包括以下步骤:S1,将含钪溶液、含锆溶液和尿素混合,得到混合溶液;S2,将混合溶液置于水热釜中,在温度为100~250℃的条件下进行水热反应,得到钪锆前驱体溶液;S3,对钪锆前驱体溶液进行过滤、洗涤、干燥,得到钪锆前驱体固体;S4,煅烧钪锆前驱体固体,得到氧化钪稳定氧化锆粉体。利用本发明提供的方法有效解决了现有技术中制备氧化钪稳定氧化锆时存在的杂质含量多、团聚严重、粒径大、原料成本高等问题。
