The invention provides a preparation method of a 3D color ceramic backboard. The method comprises the steps: fusing ceramic powder with an organic monomer, a cross-linking agent, a defoaming agent, aplasticizer, a catalyst, an initiator and the like to prepare ceramic slurry; combining with a 3D forming mold; and sintering, coping and polishing to obtain the 3D color ceramic backboard. Forming equipment of the method is simple, the cost is low, and large-scale production of the 3D color ceramic back plate is facilitated; a blank is uniform in component and good in density consistency, the obtained product is small in machining internal stress, the warping degree is lower than 0.2 mm, and the problems that a 3D color ceramic backboard prepared in the prior art is high in cost and warping degree, and the product is low in appearance yield, poor in stability, low in degreasing efficiency and low in production efficiency are solved.
本发明提供的一种3D彩色陶瓷背板的制备方法,该方法通过将陶瓷粉体与有机单体、交联剂、脱泡剂、增塑剂、催化剂和引发剂等进行融合制备成陶瓷浆料,再与3D成型模具结合,经过烧结、修磨及抛光操作得到3D彩色陶瓷背板,该方法成型设备简单,成本低,有利于3D彩色陶瓷背板规模化生产,且坯料组分均匀,密度一致性好,所得产品加工内应力小翘曲度低于0.2mm,解决了现有技术制备的3D彩色陶瓷背板成本高,翘曲度高,且产品外观良率低,稳定性差,脱脂效率低,生产效率低的问题。
