Method for directly brazing aluminum oxide ceramic by adopting zirconium brazing filler metal
The invention relates to a method for directly brazing aluminum oxide ceramic by using zirconium brazing filler metal, which comprises the following steps: (a) plating a coating which is a zirconium-based coating on a surface to be brazed of aluminum oxide ceramic by using a physical vapor deposition coating method; and (b) placing the two pieces of aluminum oxide ceramic plated in the step (a) ina manner that the coating surfaces are oppositely attached to each other, then conducting vacuum heating brazing to obtain a brazing joint, wherein the brazing joint is formed by directly connectinga zirconium-based brazing seam and the aluminum oxide ceramic. Compared with the prior art, the brazing joint without a reaction transition layer is obtained, and the bonding strength of zirconium brazing filler metal and iron oxide ceramic can be improved.
本发明涉及一种采用锆钎料对氧化铝陶瓷直接钎焊的方法,所述钎焊方法包括以下步骤:(a)采用物理气相沉积镀膜法,在氧化铝陶瓷的待钎焊表面镀覆涂层,所述涂层为锆基涂层;(b)将步骤(a)镀覆完成的两片氧化铝陶瓷以涂层面相对紧贴放置,后进行真空加热钎焊,得到钎焊接头,所述钎焊接头为锆基钎缝同氧化铝陶瓷直接连接的钎焊接头。与现有技术相比,本发明获得了无反应过渡层的钎焊接头,可提高锆钎料与氧化铁陶瓷结合的强度。
