The invention relates to an anti-rolling temporary passing protection plate. The protection plate comprises a bearing table, a bearing plate, a protection groove, anti-skid lines, a fixed rotating shaft, a connecting groove and a connecting buckle, the bearing table is an equilateral trapezoid cylinder, and antiskid lines are arranged on the waist face of the bearing table at equal intervals. Theconnecting groove and the connecting buckle are respectively arranged on two sides of the trapezoidal surface of the bearing table; a concave protection groove is formed in the trapezoidal surface ofthe bearing table from the upper bottom to a position which is 5mm away from the lower bottom; the fixed rotating shaft and the bearing plate are arranged at the upper end of one side of the protection groove; the length and the width of the bearing plate are equal to the length of the upper bottom of the trapezoidal face of the bearing table and the length of the column body, the anti-skid linesare arranged on the upper side of the bearing plate at equal intervals, a hollow round hole penetrating through the side face of the bearing plate is formed in the trapezoidal face side of the bearingplate, and the bearing plate is fixed to the bearing table through the fixed rotating shaft along the hollow round hole. The protection plate has the beneficial effects that the rolling compaction target of the wheels is changed through the bearing table and the bearing plate, and therefore the temporary wiring and the temporary wiring pipe are protected.
