The invention discloses a portable intelligent cleaning vehicle for building cement blocks. The vehicle comprises a supporting column body, the supporting column body is connected with a cleaning column body; a column body bottom groove is formed in the bottom of the cleaning column body; the column body bottom groove is arranged in a cylindrical shape; a rotating first rotating ring is arranged in the cleaning column body; a circle of second pressing rods swinging in the column body bottom groove are arranged on the first rotating ring; a cleaning column is arranged on each second pressing rod; raised first cleaning convex teeth are fully distributed on the cleaning column; a cleaning rotary disc rotating in the column body bottom groove is arranged in the cleaning column body; the cleaning rotary disc and the cleaning columns rotate correspondingly, so cement blocks can be further cleaned through rotation of the cleaning columns and the cleaning rotary disc, accordingly, the purposeof cleaning the cement blocks is achieved, and troubles caused by manual cleaning of the cement blocks can be further avoided.
