The lifting device comprises a lifting groove which is downwards open. Two moving devices are arranged on the lifting device in a left-and-right symmetry mode. The moving device on the left sidecomprises a conveying shell. A conveying cavity which communicates with the left end wall and the right end wall of the conveying shell is formed in the conveying shell. A sundry outlet is formed in the portion, close to the left side, of the lower end wall of the conveying cavity, and a fixing plate is fixedly arranged on the left end wall of the conveying cavity. The farmland irrigation channelcleaning device can be adjusted according to channels with different widths, the device can adapt to the channels with different widths, and the universality of the device is improved. In addition, the device treats floating sundries and can also stir and drain silt which adheres to the bottoms of the channels for a long time, and therefore the smoothness of the channels is enhanced, the phenomenon that due to the fact that the channels are used for a long time, river beds at the bottoms of the channels can be heightened is avoided, and the water inflow quantity is more accurately controlled.
