The invention provides a prefabricated building structure. The prefabricated building structure comprises a pile body and a pile tip, wherein the pile body comprises a hollow part and a solid part which are connected with each other, the inner part of the hollow part is hollow and surrounded to form a core groove; and the pile tip is positioned at the end of the pile body, the pile tip comprises areinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib extends into the pile body. The pile tip enables the soil layer penetration capability to be increased during the sinking construction of the prefabricated building structure, can play a guiding role, and can further reduce the probability of breakage of the prefabricated building structure. In addition, the reinforcing rib in the pile tip extends into thepile body, so that the combination performance of the pile body and the pile tip is good, and the pile body and the pile tip are prevented from being separated when the prefabricated building structure is in use.
