The concrete grout spraying machine applies cooperation of a brush grout extraction frame and the connecting pipe whirlcone, the effect that an extraction air flue wraps a fluid column pipe is achieved through a multi-runner left wheel sliding groove in a roller groove shell, theeffect of condensation pipe convolution is achieved, sprayed grout is erupted, meanwhile, preliminary cooling is rapidly conducted on concrete, the brush grout extraction frame achieves the guiding function in a corrugation inner way, and an equipment inner runner is maintained. By application of cooperation of a funnel grout spraying groove and the hopper disc groove, the track effect that a multi-rack propeller extraction fluid column is upwards twisted, and twisted grout spraying is developed is achieved, the grout discharging face is wide, fine-layer coverage is efficient, layer-by-layercoverage uniformity and flatness are achieved, a foundation wall face and a column body are positioned and erected through wood boards, concrete pasted plate filling, flowing and compacting are achieved through the sprayed grout, and stable grouting operation is formed.
