The invention discloses a free-form surface reticulated shell structure formed by dual-limb sheet bar composite members. The reticulated shell structure uses dual-limb sheet bars as the main stress members; and through optimization after structural configuration, different members at one joint intersect on the same joint axis, the joint axis is in the surface normal direction, a mold of a free-form surface is formed by arc-shaped outlines of the corresponding members in a fitting manner, and the assembly type single-layer reticulated shell structure is formed. Each dual-limb sheet bar composite member is formed by two arc-shaped metal branch-limb sheets and a plurality of base plates, and the arc-shaped metal branch-limb sheets and the base plates are overlapped and then are connected through bolts in a penetration manner. According to the free-form surface reticulated shell structure formed by dual-limb sheet bar composite members, the lateral bending resistance rigidity is effectively improved while the advantages of one single sheet bar about machining, transportation and construction are kept; and with the reticulated shell structure, a curved-surface mold with high degree of freedom can be implemented, the appearance is attractive, the structure is reasonable, the strength is high so that stability is achieved, and the applicability is high.
