The invention provides a transverse connecting structure of a fabricated stiff concrete shear wall, the shear wall and a construction method. The transverse connecting structure is used for connectingvertically adjacent stiff concrete shear walls in the transverse direction and comprises an upper connecting body and a lower connecting body, wherein the upper connecting body comprises first pre-buried steel bars, a first pre-buried steel plate, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a first cover plate, the lower connecting body comprises second pre-buried steel bars, a secondpre-buried steel plate, a third connecting plate, a fourth connecting plate and a second cover plate, the first cover plate and the second cover plate are connected and fixed together under the statethat the upper connecting body and the lower connecting body are fixedly connected, and therefore the two stiff concrete shear walls are connected and fixed in the transverse direction. According tothe transverse connecting structure of the assembly type stiff concrete shear wall, a stiff concrete shear wall structure is simple, high in shear capacity and reliable in force transmission; and thetransverse connecting structure is convenient to and fast in construct and operate, low in cost, high in universality and capable of being widely applied to fabricated stiff concrete structures.
